Vegan Soy Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened soy milk.
  • 1/2 red bell pepper.
  • 2 teaspoons fresh basil.
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano.
  • 1 small onion.
  • 1 teaspoon fine sea salt.
  • 2 tablespoons carrot juice.
  • Dash of cayenne pepper to taste (optional).

Instructions
  • Combine all ingredients in food processor or blender and blend until smooth.
