  • 2 cups whole wheat flour.
  • 1 cup water.
  • fine sea salt to taste.
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (optional).

  • Mix flour with salt and water.
  • Knead ingredients into a dough.
  • Pinch off 1 inch diameter balls.
  • Roll balls into thin flat discs.
  • Add oil to pan (optional).
  • Place disc (one at a time) in pan over medium heat.
  • Cook until the color changes on the top and bubbles appear.
  • Flip and cook 2nd side as you did the 1st.
  • Brush with olive oil (optional).
  • Serve warm.
