Vegan Roasted Red Pepper Hummus


  • 15 ounces garbanzo bean.
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice.
  • 4 ounces roasted red pepper.
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons tahini.
  • 1 clove garlic, minced.
  • 1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt.
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper. use less if you can't handle the heat.
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped.

  • With the exception of the chopped parsley, add all your ingredients to your blender or food processor and puree until creamy.
  • Transfer mixture to a bowl and refrigerate for an hour or two.
  • Sprinkle chopped parsley on top before serving at room temperature.
