Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup soymilk.
  • 2/3 cup canned pumpkin.
  • 1 egg substitute.
  • 3 tablespoons vegan margarine.
  • 4 cups bread flour.
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar.
  • 1 teaspoon fine sea salt.
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg.
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger.
  • 1/4 teaspoon cloves.
  • 1 1/4 teaspoons dry yeast.
  • 1 cup chopped pecans.

Egg Substitute Instructions
  • 1. Mix 2 tablespoons water with 1 1/2 teaspoons egg replacer.

Instructions
  • 1. Add all ingredients except the yeast to bread maker in the order shown above.
  • 2. Make a tiny hole in flour and add yeast, cover hole.
  • 3. Start baking.
  • 4. When done, remove bread pan from machine and let it sit for 5 - 10 minutes.
  • 5. Remove bread from pan and place on wire rack.
  • 6. Serve warm and refrigerate left overs.
