Vegan Mexican Salsa


Ingredients

  • 5 large tomatoes, cut to fit blender or processor.
  • 6 large shallots, peeled.
  • 2 jalapeno chiles, seeded.
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped.
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder.
  • Fine sea salt and pepper to taste.

Instructions
  • 1. Place all ingredients (except seasonings) in a blender or food processor and blend thoroughly.
  • 2. Stir in garlic powder, salt, pepper and cilantro.
  • 3. Chill and serve cold.
