Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups hot water.
  • 1/3 cup canola oil.
  • 2 teaspoons fine sea salt.
  • 1 egg substitute.
  • 2 tablespoons soy lecithin.
  • 4 1/2 cups gluten-free high protein flour blend.
  • 2 teaspoons xantham gum.
  • 1/2 cup sesame seeds.
  • 1 tablespoon yeast.

Egg Substitute Instructions
  • 1. Mix 2 tablespoons water with 1 1/2 teaspoons egg replacer.

Instructions
  • 1. Add all ingredients except the yeast to bread maker in the order shown above.
  • 2. Make a tiny hole in wheat flour and add yeast, cover hole.
  • 3. Start baking.
  • 4. When done, remove bread pan from machine and let it sit for 5 - 10 minutes.
  • 5. Remove bread from pan and place on wire rack.
  • 6. Serve warm and refrigerate left overs.
