Vegan Diced Tofu

Ingredients

  • 1 15oz. package firm tofu.
  • 1 large tomato.
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil.
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt.
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper or as much as desired.
  • 1 bunch of green onions.

Instructions
  • 1. Chop green onions..
  • 2. Dice tomatoes.
  • 3. Dice tofu.
  • 4. Heat olive oil in skillet over medium heat.
  • 5. Add green onions to skillet.
  • 6. When green onions are tender, add tomatoes and tofu.
  • 7. Add salt and pepper and any other seasoning you like.
  • 8. Reduce heat and allow to simmer until cooked thoroughly.
  • 9. Let it cool for 5 minutes before serving
