Have a vegan bodybuilding question? We have answers!

There's a bit of vanity within those of us trying to improve our bodies through weight training and diet. And for most of us, regardless of the level of experience, still have questions on how to improve areas where there are weaknesses. For me it's the calf muscles. Man, they are slow to respond. For others it's getting a smaller waist or more defined pecs, or whatever the case may be. The bottom line is we're on a quest to improve our bodies and at times are not sure what else to try. Well, this is where we share our personal triumph with the hope that others can benefit from our experiences.
