Low Carb Vegan Recipes

Now this is my speed! I'm a big supporter of a low-carb diet. It has done wonders for me in terms of fat loss. I'm specifically concerned about sugar consumption and its effects on blood sugar levels. There are so many benefits to reducing, or when necessary, completely eliminating simple carbohydrates from the diet. My approach is a bit extreme, and I've gone as far as removing sugary fruits from my diet. I believe that sugar in all forms affect the pH balance of the body, and my goal is to keep my body alkaline. I know many will disagree with my position, but that's okay, I know what I've experienced, and I also know the results of my decision. You can read more on this here.
